CHARISMATIC HEALING
MASS
"THE HOLY EUCHARIST IS THE GREATEST TREASURE THAT THE CHURCH
HAS ON EARTH : IT IS CHRIST HIMSELF " Cardinal Arinze
ON THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH WE HOLD A SPECIAL
HEALING MASS AT
ST. MARY MAGDALENE'S CHURCH 24 CECIL RD. BARDON ,
COMMENCING AT 7.45 pm
In these Masses we focus our attention on the healing
power of God which is really present in every Eucharist .
THESE MASSES
(1) May be longer than normal Sunday Masses .
(2) Offer a special opportunity to pray for
emotional , physical & spiritual healing .
(3) Encourage a heightened awareness of the power of
the Holy Spirit at work in
the mass to transform and heal us .
(4) Are more outwardly expressive in Praise and
Worship .
(5) May include manifestation of gifts of the
Holy Spirit such as tongues , prophecy ,
and words of knowledge .
